The rules and obligations governing use of the Dockvio platform.
By accessing or using Dockvio ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Dockvio is a software development agency that provides web, mobile, and backend development services to clients through a managed internal team. The Platform facilitates project management, milestone delivery, client approvals, and developer payouts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Partners are required to submit identity verification documents (KYC). By submitting KYC materials, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and authentic. Submission of fraudulent documents will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Clients pay the Platform directly for approved tasks. The Platform distributes vendor fees to Partners as determined by the Admin, net of the applicable platform service fee. All payments are processed by the Platform at its discretion. The Platform is not obligated to hold funds on behalf of any party.
Work deliverables submitted by Partners and approved by Clients are transferred to the Client upon approval, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. The Platform retains no rights to deliverable content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dockvio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if these Terms are violated. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dockvio is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
